Here is how to make it happen.
If you have an old, broken or unused IQOS device, you can send it back to us so we can recycle it.
We can repurpose 86% of your device, from the plastics to the precious metals. For every returned IQOS device we pledge to plant one tree through our partner Onetreeplanted.org.
You can participate by either physically dropping off your device at one of our participating stores OR or requesting a free return by mail via PostNL.
Please return only our device (holder and charger) and no cables or accessories.
Option 1 - Return in the shop:
You can find a recycle bin to drop off your old, broken or unused device in one of the participating store here.
Option 2 - Return via PostNL:

Place the device in a carton box or envelope. You can (re)use any that will fit the device. Make sure it does not move inside, before you tape it shut.

Very visibly, write on the box/envelope: 98158 1000 VA AMSTERDAM

Take the box/envelope to any PostNL office or drop off point. PostNL will create a return label and handle the rest of the shipping, free of charge.
